"Obviously, we have to make a profit. That's the bottom line of any business that wants to stay in business, but profit is not why we started it. We started it because we knew there was a better way to do the things that we've had to suffer throughout our careers. If you do the right thing and you treat everyone you work with the best you can, profit will come."
And also,
"The reason I chose not to go into details about how the banners get there is because the majority of young skaters don't want to know about geo-targeted advertising or pricing. My mistake was that I thought these people were going to understand the reason as to why I left out business details. We are not a business journal."

1. Know your audience, Steve. Were you persuading young skaters to buy into the Unified? Didn't think so.
2. Am I crazy for thinking Steve Berra is a teeny bit pretentious? I like watching footage on the berrics, but steve needs to leave politics (skate or otherwise) out.
I don't want people to think I'm hating on Mr. Berra, but we are protected by free speech. He says his, I'll say mine.
